Error code 13.09.14. I have tried every suggestion listed. Would not ccept a print job. No jobs in print queue. SOP: Unplug, let stand at least five minutes. One try was overnight, then a different outlet. Remove ALL paper shards. There were none. Tip it on its side. Awkward. Dusted with compressed air. Cannot print from printer information screen either.Consulted with a receptionist at JustAsk. She transferred me to a tech. First I had to arrange for $5 payment. Chose PayPal. Transaction at PayPal came up as $45. SCAM! Did not complete transaction. Still have a non-functioning printer. Disgusted with HardlyPractical.com. Yes, this is my opinion. It is ALL TRUE.
