I cannot get rid of the message 'original loaded" and there is no paper in the printer

A constant loaded original issue if no caused by an errant bit of paper is likely due to a stuck flag in the paper path, a dirty sensor or a failed sensor. There is usually a sensor new the separation pad that detects when you insert a page. Make sure it moves freely.
