Product: HP LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP M276nw

There's a paper jam and I cannot retrieve it because paper cannot be seen and therefore cannot be reached. I looked on the back and on the front. Please help. Thank you.

Likely a page wrapped around the fuser, You will need to disassemble the printer to safely remove the jam. Check YouTube as there are videos that show how to remove the fuser. Even a video for a 477 will have the steps you need, though some cables might be different.
