HP Smart Tank 615 Wireless All-in-One

When i feed the long bond paper from the top feeder. it cant pick up. i cant copy any document loaded on the top of the printer

Welcome to the HP Community Forum.

 

If by "Long" you mean long in length, the printer might not be able to do what you ask.

Copy and Scan operations are limited to the paper sizes defined in the Specifications for Scan

 

"Bond" paper might or might not be supported as a paper type.

Paper Types are supported by size AND weight.

 

The printer can Print on legal sized paper of a supported type / weight.

 

If the ADF won't pick up paper of a supported Size AND Weight,

Consider:  Printer might need to be cleaned.

 Automatic document feeder does not pick paper or feeds too many sheets

Paper Jam Error
