Hi,
The cardstock 7 X 10 will not load correctly it prints off by a 1/4 in on the first edge of the paper. When I load paper and close the tray the paper sides a 1/4 past the alignment mark in the tray.
Thank You for any help someone can give me. 🙂

Hi,
Is it A7 or 7 x 10? you mention different sizes in the title and your description.
What is the exact size of the cardstock, 7x10 cm?
Also review the cardstock weight, the printer supports 163 to 200gsm cardstock media for inkjet, any lighter or heavier media may cause such issues.
Click the Yes button to reply that the response was helpful or to say thanks.

Hi, ShlomiL
It is 7" X 10" and 80lb stock.
The HP Team said the Envy 6055e will do up to 80lbs cardstock. That is why I purchased the Envy 6055e to use for printing my cards.
Could there be anything else that could be causing that problem?
Thank You for your help with this. 🙂
