Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer

HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-one Printer: Started out with a problem when using card stock paper. Wouldn't feed properly through the printer.  Got a lighter weight paper and it worked for a long time.  Now it is doing the same thing with the lighter weight paper.  With some help I looked up what to do about it, followed the instructions to clean the rollers.  Didn't help.

Don't know what it would cost to bring it in to see if someone could fix it, if it would be better to buy a new printer or if I did that would I have the same problem with a new printer!  I don't know if getting a lighter weight paper would help, if I can find some or if eventually I would have the same problem again.
