Product: HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey
Every time I turn my printer on, I get a Carriage Jam error. I have cleared everything multiple times, 'reset' it by unplugging it for 60 seconds, re-inserted my ink cartridges, and this keeps happening. Every time I try to get on the phone with HP customer support it's "unavailable" and the chat bot keeps sending me the same 2 things I've tried over and over.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
