Carriage jammed to right and added issue is in my search a solution the left hand ink cartridge has ejected from normal position. Looks like I may need to find a long handle fine screwdriver and remove the assembly cover to remove the cartridge.Ink cartidge ejected.JPGcarriage jammed to right.JPGCarriage jam message.JPG

Use thin tool to insert and push cartridge back in.

I have tried to push back in, easy enough to push the cartridge in, but not locking back in place.

The prior core problem was a jammed carriage. I made the error of pushing the first ink cartridge to fix the jammed carriage!

Turn the printer OFF, and rotate a white gear with a flathead screwdriver a few revolutions in the direction shown by the arrow to unlock the carriage. Push the cartridge back in ink and move the carriage with your hand to the left.

I have rotated the large wheel 2-3 times and 5-6 times, the carriage moves about 5 mm to the right, but not released yet. IMG_2767.jpg

To the right? You mean to the left toward the middle of the printer.

No movement to the Left

Do a few more gear rotations if that doesn't unlock the cartridges printer is most likely for recycling.

Turned 30 times and tried several times, unfortunately recycling was the solution.
