Hi I had a paper jam yesterday and managed to get the paper out but now I can't slot the black plastic part correctly on top of the white roller thing, so it keeps coming out and the printer lid won't close...sorry I don't know the right names for these parts! I do know I got very frustrated and I need my printer to work. Thanks for your help.

This seems like a hardware related issue with the printer. I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
