HP Color LaserJet Pro M454dw

after a large print job the paper jammed in the back of my laserjet 454. I cleared the jam, but the error message continued. I cannot clear the message and use the printer.

Power off the printer. If the error returns when you turn it back on then either a jam still exists or one of the sensor flags in the printer is stuck. If the error shows only when you try to print the likely there is either an issue with the pickup roller not being seated or is the paper tries to feed and buckles you have remaining debris in the paper path.
