Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
- Solution one: Check the paper, and then reload it
- Solution two: Adjust the paper settings in the print driver
- Solution three: Clean the paper feed and pick rollers
- Solution four: Reset the printer
