Hello all,

I'm having a issue with constant printer jams. I've included some photos of how the paper jams.

Things I did:

Changed fuser, changed rollers, ran components tests, changed IBT, ran sensor tests.

NOTE: this started happening AFTER I changed the "main drive assembly" I am sure your all aware the amount of labor it takes to remove that.....

Printer booted fine. I thought it might be fuser but we put a new one in and we even used a different fuser from the same type in building still kept happening.

Would appreciate any input, I'm open to suggestions!

One more thing... here is the picture of the paper

Notice it's getting bent on the corners? I don't understand what is blocking it. And yes I've cleaned everything.

Thanks all in advance hope to hear from you

Check the mylar strip on the registration sensor assembly. They are easily bent and result in this type of behaviour.
