Hi @nanji1, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The "Out of Paper" error on your HP ENVY Inspire 7255e despite a fully loaded tray can be caused by several factors. Try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Check Paper Condition & Loading

  • Use fresh paper: Ensure the paper is dry, flat, and not curled or wrinkled.
  • Fan the stack: Separate sheets slightly to prevent sticking.
  • Load correctly: Ensure paper is aligned and not overloaded.
  • Adjust the guides: Slide them snugly against the paper without bending it.

2. Reset the Printer

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from power.
  • Wait 60 seconds, then plug it back in.
  • Turn it back on and retry printing.

3. Clean the Paper Feed Rollers

  • Remove the paper.
  • Open the input tray and locate the rubber feed rollers.
  • Use a lint-free cloth lightly dampened with distilled water to clean them.
  • Allow them to dry completely before reloading paper.

4. Update Printer Firmware

  • Open the HP Smart app on your iPhone.
  • Go to Printer SettingsAdvanced SettingsPrinter Maintenance.
  • Check for and install any firmware updates.

5. Run Printer Troubleshooter

  • Open HP Smart App on your iPhone.
  • Select Printer Status and look for troubleshooting options.

6. Perform a Hard Reset

  • With the printer on, unplug the power cord from both the printer and the wall.
  • Wait 2–3 minutes.
  • Plug it back in and power it on.

7. Try a Different Paper Type

  • Some printers are sensitive to certain paper types.
  • Use HP-recommended plain paper (Letter/A4, 20 lb/75 gsm).

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
