HP Photosmart Printer D110a

Ok so I have not had a problem with this printer until just within the last week. I have tried everything I can possibly find to fix this solution and it is absolutely not happening!

 

I followed the steps on this page HP Photosmart e-All-in-One (D110a and D110b) Printers - 'Out of Paper' Error Message and the Printer... except one, to clean the rollers.

 

How in all that is holy am I supposed to clean them, by "running the paper feed utility" when I don't have, nor can I find the HP Solution Center to run said utility!? It apparently does not work with windows 11 so what am I supposed to do?? 

 

I even downloaded the HP Smart App, but even that can't seem to diagnose the issue, let alone fix it. 

 

I can't afford to service it as it would cost the same as getting a new printer, which I might as well do but can't as I am on a fixed income with my disability, but I need my printer for all the massive amounts of documents I have to print off for all the governmental red tape I go through on the daily. Even with a discount I am unable to afford one. 

 

So please, HOW CAN I FIX THIS AND GET THE SILLY ROLLERS CLEANED?!

 

Note: I do own this product, I just couldn't find a way to add in the information myself without tearing my whole desk area apart to get to the serial number.

Does the printer feed when you help with your hand push the paper in the tray toward the printer?

It did at first but now it won't.

On the back side, you have the door you can remove. You will see a paper pickup rubber roller that is touching the paper in the tray, clean that roller with a cotton swab and test will it feed.
