Double-sided Printer Paper Error

HP Recommended
Product: HP Smart Tank 7305

We just got the new printer and when we go to print double- sided, it prints the first side fine but when it goes to feed the paper back in, it misaligns and then gets stuck at an angle.

 

Any advice?
