HP Recommended

I have a HP Samrt Tank 720.  In duplex printing, the printer is supposed to feed in 1 sheet and print on both sides of that single sheet. However, the printer always feed in 2 sheets and print on one side each of the 2 sheets.

Anyone encounters this issue before and how to solve the problem?

Try updating the firmware by selecting the current OS: Click here
