I have 2734e printer. It is showing me E0 error. I tred all online troubleshooting options but it is still showing me same error. I do not see any paper jam at all. I replaced ink cartridge couple of weeks back. This is the cartridge HP sent me as part of instant ink program

Hi @Jai44,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP DeskJet 2734e All-in-One Printer E0 Error. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

The E0 error on an HP DeskJet 2734e All-in-One Printer typically indicates a paper jam or a carriage jam. Since you've already checked for paper jams and didn't find any, you may want to try the following steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

  1. Reset the Printer:

    • Turn off the printer.
    • Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer.
    • Wait for about a minute.
    • Reconnect the power cord and turn on the printer.
  2. Check for Obstructions:

    • Open the printer cover and check for any obstructions in the paper path or around the carriage.
  3. Check Carriage Area:

    • Make sure the carriage (the part that holds the ink cartridges) can move freely. If it's stuck, try to gently move it to the center.
  4. Inspect the Ink Cartridges:

    • Open the printer cover and check the ink cartridges. Make sure they are properly installed and securely seated.
  5. Reinstall the Ink Cartridges:

    • Remove the ink cartridges and reinstall them, making sure they are correctly placed.
  6. Perform a Printer Reset:

    • Turn on the printer.
    • Wait until it is idle and silent.
    • Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer.
    • Wait for about 60 seconds.
    • Reconnect the power cord and turn on the printer.
  7. Update Firmware:

    • Check if there is a firmware update available for your printer on the HP support website. Updating the firmware may resolve certain issues.

If the issue is related to the ink cartridges, especially since you mentioned replacing them recently as part of the Instant Ink program, make sure that the cartridges are genuine and compatible with your printer model. Using non-HP cartridges or cartridges that are not compatible can sometimes lead to errors.

I hope this helps! Keep me posted.
