Let me start by saying, I have removed and reinstalled this printer twice in the last 6 weeks. It isn't helping. I am super frustrated. 😟

 

About 6 weeks ago, my printer that worked amazing before - suddenly started jamming whenever we tried to duplex print. Nothing had changed to our knowledge, but the jams. Once it jammed on the duplex printing, every print job would jam.

 

We would have to completely reboot to get it to clear. So it would print one page prints fine. 

 

Fast forward to today -  after chatting with tech support - it was reinstalled yet again. First, it jammed when I tried to duplex print, and now, it is duplex printing, but not flipping the paper. Which means both pages are being printed over each other. 

- Any advice?
