I am getting a message on my printer screen telling me that I have a paper jam and to clear it. I have turned off the printer, unplugged it; ergo resetting it. I have searched the printer EVERYWHERE trying to find the jam and ALL of the passages are clear. I don't even have a printer job in the queue, but it mentions that I need to clear a paper jam. Could there be something wrong with the printer mechanism? Who do I call to come fix?
