HP Recommended
Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I have gone through this printer, turned it over, and spun/cleaned all the wheels and gears, and there are no paper jams or obstructions to be found anywhere. I have turned it off, unplugged it, ran diagnostics, and manually moved the cartridge carriage, uninstalled the cartridges, replaced the empty ones, and it is still showing a paper jam. I am a graduate student and a teacher, and I need my printer!!! Please....someone help me before I throw this stupid machine in the lake!!!
I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8035.
