I hv HP printer of model 5275. Issues

1. Printer screen shows Paper Jam or Catridge Jam ,Shut down improper.  

-- No paper Jam found. Catridges are smooth but ink is not available. Reset the printer but problem till exist. 

Unable to go main menu. 

2. Recently I hv changed my WIFI connection  from one company to Other but couldn't able to re assign the WIF as not able to go main menu.

Please suggest the remedy. Unable to use printer since last one month.
