HP Recommended

I have not used this printer in 2 years. Got ink and tried to print but kept saying paper jam. After putting everything back together it kept saying paper jam and then along with this error message…

 

”There is a problem with the printer or print system. Turn the printer off then on. If you continue to get this message, contact HP. 0x6100004A.

 

the new ink I bought is also showing out of ink. Which I haven’t had a chance to use yet. 

Please help with the error message so I can print again!
