- Error messages 0x61000047 and 0x6100004a

First I was getting error 0x6100004a indicating a paper jam that does not exist.
Ink carriage not moving, cannot remove them.
Then after turning on and off the printer, several times error message changed to 0x61000047.
No paper jams for sure.
Thanks for any advice.

I understand you get a false error message. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in these documents - Carriage jam or E3 error and A 'Paper Jam' Error Displays
