We recently moved and forgot to remove the cartridges from our hp OfficeJet 8025 printer. There was unfortunately a large spill of ink (I've tried to clean up as much as possible). Whenever we turn on the printer now, it says "Paper Jam" after doing its start-up "Checking the Printer". I have followed several youtube videos to troubleshoot the error. There is no paper in there and I've cleaned the rollers. The tray sensor and paper ejection sensor appear to be moving as expected as well. Any suggestions on my next step?
