Product: Officejet 6500A Plus
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
Printer continues to indicate that ther is a paper jam (requesting to open it for paper jam removal and after press OK).
That is a false message; non any paper jam in there.
My friend says it is the Printer motherboard that is dameged. I have no idea.
Do you? If yes, can be changed.
