I keep getting a paper jam error when I try to print something and I don’t have a paper jam anywhere in my printer. I’ve checked all three places and there’s no paper. There’s no remnants of paper either. I cleaned the rollers and that didn’t help. What do I do? This printer is only a year old.

I understand you are facing a paper jam error.
If you have already performed the steps from document A 'Paper Jam' Error Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

I need some help for the same issue. Have cleaned the printer, following instructions, and find no paper jam. I've unplugged it, and tried all the recommendations I could find, but for months it won't work. Just keep getting an error message for a non-existent paper jam. The printer has been lightly used for a couple years, and should have a lot of life in it. Please help.

I got the same issue and tried all the solutions from document paper jam error. my divider is out of warranty. I tried to message you but I see no message button anywhere to reach. Please help me as soon as possible for my delaying works cause printer issue are more than a mountain now T.T.
