My printer just suddenly started having issues with paper jams ( there is no paper jam). I have tried every trouble shooting option and everything has failed. I went to check my warranty and it saids expired which is false. When I check the warranty start date on HP app it started a few months before I even made the purchase. Their records are wrong and I have no way of speaking to an actual human. I also have proof of the purchase from more than one source. I dont know what to do. My printer should still be in warranty but its stating that its not and because of that it won't contact me with anyone but this community home page.

I understand you are getting a false paper jam error and you have tried all steps and currently you have trouble with the Warranty date which is showing incorrect, Sorry to hear that, Please share the Original Invoice copy with the Serial number updated on the invoice, so we can try to check with the team to help get it updated, and reach us on a private message.
Please help us with the Printer serial number or the product number in a private message for further assistance.
