Product: HP OfficeJet 4655 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra
I loaded a stack of papers into the feeder tray, and got a jam message. I had to open the top and pull out the paper that was stuck. I tried it again with just one paper and it did the same thing. When I watched the paper go in, it starts out feeding it in straight, but towards the last quarter of the paper, it suddenly tilts to the left and pulls it in slanted. My error message says I need to clean it or remove the jam. I've done both things, but the slanted pull-in keeps happening, with whatever paper I put in, including fresh paper without bends or creases. It seems like I need to realign something in the feeder tray, but can't find out how to do that.
