Product: hp color laserjet pro mfp m479fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I need to buy a new fuser lower pressure roller (orange/pink coloured roller) for hp color laserjet pro mfp m479fdw but I can find only a spare part for hp color laserjet pro mfp m477fdw on the internet. Are these two printers the same inside, do they use same part as lower pressure roller, please?

 

I have tried HP chatbot - could not find my printer.

I have tried HP phone - No one picked the phone after 35 minutes.

I have tried open the case - after 10-14 days of waiting the case was automatically  closed without any reply.

HP Recommended

They are the same. M477 and M479 use the same fuser assembly.
