I went to print something this am and got this error "Load Tray 1.  Plain, Oficio."   I never use tray one, I always use Tray 2, which holds about 2 inches of paper.  I went into settings and it acknowledges using Tray 2.  I shut power off, unplugged, wait a minute of two.  Problem persists.  I need Tray 2 to work again

This error is triggered when a document print job is requesting a paper size or type that is not loaded in the printer. In This case officio. Often happens if you try to print a PDF with the choose size based on document settings rather than specify the size of media.
