My printer was causing yellow-ish dents in every print out. After taking apart the back I finally found the culprit. The green part has plasticized and become a sticky mess, which is sticking to the paper causing it to grab and dent and leave a yellow-greenish residue behind. Can I replace this part? I have had no luck cleaning the green sticky degraded plastic part. Thanks for any advice!!
faulty part

I can see how it's supposed to be sticky to guide the paper, but sometimes cheap plastic goes bad and degrades and gets way too sticky. I was able to use some rubbing alcohol on a cotton swab to clean it up some and it seems to be working better now. But, I'd really like to be able to purchase a replacement for this part.
