HP 3030 doublefeeding-->paper jam

HP Recommended
HP laserjet 3030
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

so recently I started using  hp 3030 laserjet for some black&white printing. When I started using it everything worked fine, only occasional double feeding( 2 pages at the same time) or feeding 1 fine page and 1 blank page after. Ever since I changed the toner cartridge today, I've had problems when trying to use copier/printer. The problem at first was that the feeder didn't even detect the paper, even if it was full of paper and I heard the feeder spinning. After that, when I tried again, it fed the paper in, but every time i tried to copy more than 1 page, the printer prints 1st page "fine", but before printing the second one, it pulls a blank(white-nonprinted) paper in, and it gets stuck mid way and i get a paper jam warning. When i fix the jam, the printer starts printing 2nd page, and after 2nd page it pulls in a blank again, which gets stuck midway. What(very likely hardware) issue do I have? What parts do I have to try and fix/replace to resolvee this issue asap?

I tried reseting printer to factory settings and unplugging it for 1minute which did not solve the issue.
