HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer

On my HP Deskjet 3755 all in one my printer says load paper. Paper is loaded and it will not feed it through. I tried to clean the print head- I get an error there also.

Hi @Bee5477,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Deskjet 3755 all-in-one printer is displaying a "load paper" error message even though paper is loaded, and you're experiencing issues with the print head cleaning, you can try the following steps to resolve the problem.

Check Paper Size and Type:

  • Make sure the paper loaded in the printer matches the size and type settings in your printer's control panel or printing preferences on your computer.

Remove and Reload Paper:

  • Take out the paper from the input tray and make sure it is stacked neatly without any wrinkles or bends.
  • Realign the paper guides to match the paper size.
  • Reload the paper into the input tray.

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for a few minutes.
  • Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
  • Attempt to print again.

Reset the Printer:

  • If the issue persists, you can perform a partial reset on your printer. To do this, press and hold the Cancel and Wireless buttons together for about three seconds. Your printer will turn off, and when you turn it back on, it will be reset to its default settings.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Outdated firmware can cause issues. Visit the HP support website to check for the latest firmware updates for your printer model and install them if necessary.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Even if it doesn't seem like there's a paper jam, inspect the printer thoroughly for any small pieces of paper that may be stuck inside.

Check the Print Cartridges:

  • Make sure the ink or toner cartridges are properly seated and not empty.

Clean the Rollers:

  • Dust and debris on the paper feed rollers can cause feeding problems. Clean them by following your printer's user manual instructions.

Try a Different Stack of Paper:

  • Sometimes, the issue may be with the paper itself. Try using a different stack of paper.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
