HP 4630 won't print cardstock 110lbs size 5x8 in

After seeing that the HP Officejet 4630 prints on 110lbs, I bought a package of 100 sheets of 110lbs on letter size to later find in the fine print that it will only print 110lbs paper on card sizes.

So I've cut my paper down to 5x8 inches to be able to use but the paper keeps jamming on the printer.

Please help

Even when it's 5x7, photo paper, it keeps jamming and it doesn't print

Regarding HP8710 all in one series...We are trying to print 8 1/2 X 11"   65#  card stock.

The printer keeps jamming and will not print the  65 # card stock.

What setting should we select to print the heavier stock?
