HP ENVY Pro 6432 All-in-One Printer

I have an Envy Pro 6432 that keeps coming up with an E3 error code. I have removed the paper that was jammed but no matter how many time I unplug it and plug in again it still remains the same. I have followed the steps on the HP Smart app but it has been no help.

I see that you are facing Error E3-related issues on your printer. Do not worry, we are here to fix it.

 

May I know from when are you facing this issue?

Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?
