My HP Photosmart 6520 printer is not able to load 13x18cm 300g/m2 ( (5"x7" 78lb/m2) photo-paper. It starts its job but after a while it stops and shows the error message of Paper jam.
When I open to remove the paper I find it partially loaded but with no print on it. I can easily remove the paper that is not damaged and can be used again. I tried many times with the same sheet and with new ones but i had the same issue.
I tried to clean the roller as suggested on HP site but nothing changes. It seems not possible to use this "heavy paper". I can only work with lighter papers (for instance 13x18 cm 200g/m2 works). Can someone give me some suggestion?
