Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an OfficeJet 6978 and the paper has jammed in the document feeder.  When I tried to pull it out of the bottom side of the feeder, it ripped and now it isn't visible.

The short video clip on the control screen shows a panel that can be opened on the top of the feeder.   I don't think the top of my feeder will open.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Perry
