I can press on the bottom of the back door to make the printer pickup and print the 8.5X11 photo sheet. Unless I do that, it jams.  Everything else works fine. All setting are correct, rollers were cleaned several times. Noisy unless pressing on backside. Any Fixes?

Welcome to the HP User Community.

Product introduced March 2016

Might just be time for a new printer.

Snark completely aside, things do wear out after a while.

The rollers, though kept clean, might not be able to handle the thicker paper as well as they used to do.

You could also try different photo paper.

Assuming the printer can still handle regular paper, try a "thinner" photo paper.

For example, try the HP Everyday Photo paper.

This paper is 53lb / 200 gsm

One example (not an endorsement):

You could also try using Brochure paper - HP Brochure matte / glossy paper is 180 gsm.

Depending on the use either of these might have enough "heft" for your printed photos.
