Microsoft Windows 11

The ink cartridge will not move. I did watch a video and cleaned the roller. I have tried to manually move the carriage but it won't budge

I understand that you are having issues with the carriage jam.

 

This could be a hardware issue. 

 

However, If you have tried all the steps from this document and still having issues, then the printer might need service.
