Product: HP C5280 All In One Photosmart inkjet printer

I have an HP C5280 Photosmart all in one inkjet printer I purchase new in 2008 and last week for the first time in almost a year I attempted to print a letter I had written on my computer.

 

When I tried printing the letter a message on my printer's LCD screen said to clear my paper jam then hit ok so I did that several times although I had no paper jam.   

 

If I can't get the printer to resume printing again which model printer does HP currently sell which has similar features to my C5280 inkjet printer that I should consider buying to replace my old C5280 inkjet printer which was purchased new in 2008?

How can someone expect to get advice on how to resolve their problem if nobody replies to my OP asking for advice on how to solve their problem?
