Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro 4202dwe Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Today I bought a brand new printer, I piched up this after noon, and after set up is give error code 13.10.14. Open back cover an remove paper.?? I have not yet been able to print any jobs, due to this initial error and there is no paper inside the printer. What to do?

There is a known issue with some units being damaged in shipping. One of the printer guides gets knocked out of position. If you purchased from a dealer that repairs you should contact them to fix the issue. It does require quite a bit of disassembly to get everything put back together.
