Product: HP Laserjet Pro MFP M277dw
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

HP Color Laserjet Pro M277 jam paper jam in back. I was printing a label and it jammed in the back of the printer I pulled the label out but it ripped so not sure if all the label has been removed now the printer paper keeps jamming in the back of the printer.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Paper Jam Error and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
