THIS IS THE MOST INFURIATING situation with HP printers.

Why the heck does a 150nw REFUSE to intake card stock? I'm trying to print badges (avery 5392), evidently, US Letter, and the printer (onto which I have printed only 10 A4 pages) will NOT intake the paper - it start the intake but jams the paper at the bottom. Evidently, I have set the paper thickness to cardstock, played with different thicknesses, etc.). Support has ended as I was hoping to use this at a remote site we are rarely in, ergo the low usage. HELP! I can play A4 regular thickness but nothing in Letter size badge/card thickness.

HELP!

Too heavy paper, the printer will struggle to pick it up from the tray.

If Avery paper 5392 is heavy, then this world is flat.

It must be from the settings - I just need to figure out which option of letter heaviness can pick up.

So, for everyone looking for an answer to this problem, try various options in terms of paper thickness! I tried with the one above the "regular" and it finally worked.

HP - absolutely terrible experience.

Not a happy customer here.
