Product: HP DeskJet 2630 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer has suddenly become unable to feed paper properly.  The rollers appear to be slightly off centre meaning the left-hand roller grabs the paper but the right hand roller seems a bit too far from the paper to grab it properly.  Result is, the paper is pulled in unevenly and jams every time.  I have tried cleaning the rollers, updating firmware, resetting the printer and manually trying to manipulate the rollers to see if there is anything preventing them for being in line.  There are no foreign objects in the area and up until the day this problem first occurred, the printer has been working perfectly.  There has been no gradual deterioration in capability - one morning I printed documents without any problem, in the afternoon the printer suddenly was unable to draw paper properly.

 

It is very frustrating as I need this printer for my business and it is now causing me big problems.
