Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP ENVY Inspire 7900 series, trying to print from my iPhone and received paper jam message. I tried to fix it but didn’t know a paper jam message could mean different things.  I can’t remember but I may have tried to cancel the print job. Message # C4EB9024 with flashing lights. I can’t turn the printer off.  I have not tried unplugging the printer.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are getting a C4EB9024 error on the printer, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
