HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer
macOS 12.0 Monterey

Printer has a sheet of paper jammed way in back of a gray metal plate. It appears to be unreachable. There is no rear access door or on the bottom of the printer.

Any suggestions on how to remove the sheet of paper?

Hi @Dave146,

I'd like to help!

I understand the paper is stuck at the bottom of the printer.

Try the below suggestions

Reset the product

With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.

Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

Wait at least 60 seconds.

Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.

Reconnect the power cord to the printer.

Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

Try updating the printer's firmware -HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Also, refer to the document to  remove the paper-A 'Paper Jam' Error Displays

If the issue persists, I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
