I bought a HP envy 4500 in late 2017. Only used it for normal A4 paper sometimes. I recently bough HP Photo paper, HP Ink Cartridges and installed. Tried to print out some game covers for my nintendo 64 games, but the photos only comes out tilted and doesnt fill the page. I have factory reseted my printer, Newest Firmware, and also windows drivers. Nothing seems to work. Also tested with another computer, same result.

Hi,
What exact photo paper do you use? what are the exact size (e.g. A4/ US Letter), weight (e.g. 220gsm) and finishing (e.g. Matter, Glossy)?
You should see the information listed on its packaging.
as you refer to an HP paper, please clarify its exact model and product number.

Well, not entirely.
Is the paper listed as Inkjet compatible? by looking at google for HP Professional Photo Paper I could only find Laser compatible paper for this type with a Glossy finish
https://store.hp.com/UKStore/Merch/Product.aspx?id=CG966A&opt=&sel=SUP
The printer supports 220 to 280 gsm Photo Paper, the specific paper is too thin for the printer specifications, and it should be compatible with Inkjet printers.
First, open and close the paper tray and evaluate the shown prompt, ensure the printer is set to Glossy Photo Paper (eighter HP or other, as available by the shown choices).
From your computer, make sure you select the proper paper type too and select Borderless pritning from the print menu on your PC too:

If it doesn't work, I suggest getting a paper compatible with your printer.

I bought the paper from a electronics store that sells HP products. The man told me it was compatible for my printer, and on the back of the paper package it says it works with most ink printers too. I could try another paper, but if that doesnt fix the problem it surely is something wrong with the printer?
