Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer

Hello! I have the same problem as this ticket

My printer arm is still attached, but the part that locks it into place seems to be broken. The printer otherwise works perfectly. Is there any way I can repair this (either send it out or do it myself?)

Please help us with the Printer serial number or the product number in a private message for further assistance.
