Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi I have just installed a new ink cartridge today and since then the printer will print one page and then error code 6201922A flashes up
I have installed and re-installed printer
any ideas please

Not much help available for this issue. Power off printer. Remove any fax, USB, network cables. Power on printer. When you hear carriage noise, pull power cord. Move carriage and remove ink. Leave unplugged for 30 minutes. Re-install power cord. Power on. When it ask for ink, install ink. If error returns, report code and message displayed.
