HP Envy 7640 displays "the document feeder was not able to pick up the original" when I try to copy something. I have tried both feeding the paper through the top paper feeder and also placing the copy on the glass but it still displays this same message each time. I am able to print from the computer but the copy part doesn't do anything. I've tried cleaning all the rollers and inside of the machine. I've tried re-setting it and nothing is working. I see other people have had the same issue when I google this issue but the steps it has me follow are not working. I hope someone has a solution to this problem.

I see that the document feeder is not picking the paper. I see that you have tried cleaning the rollers already.
Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - An 'Out of Paper' error displays, printer does not pick paper
Make sure the paper is loaded correctly. Refer to - Loading Paper, Envelopes, and Index Cards
